Biography:Keeping active and fit, eating well, establishing and nourishing special relationships, maintaining an upbeat, friendly and positive attitude are what make me tick. I love to cycle, spin, work out at the gym, sing with a volunteer chorus and ballroom dance -- all of which enable me to sustain a pretty high energy level so that I can thoroughly enjoy socializing over some yummy food and drink
